    Weight today 153.2lbs so no change for this week (probably caused by going over calories on Wednesday!).

    I was down 0.2 pounds to 131.4! I am happy, since I thought I might have a gain, since TOM came to visit yesterday! :noway:

    I am 107.8, extremely happy with this number. We have completed 4 weeks. Let's continue our daily challenge by staying under and 30 minutes of exercise. Congratulations to everyone for great commitment and staying focus, with or without loss (last week I was 1 pound up)!:flowerforyou:

    Only lost 1 lb total so far. At least the scale has been slowly inching down instead of not moving at all. Been a really rough few weeks. Hoping to see better losses going forward.

    Great job everyone. Have seen some really great losses :o)

    Well, I was up a pound. Not sure why unless it's water, IBS, almost ttom, had more salt somewhere....yeah, I'll blame it those things :)

    It's a loss, so I'll take it. But I have to admit that I am SO not happy that I currently weigh more than I did at the challenge's start. Lot's of bike riding this weekend - and I'm starting the 30 day shred challenge on Monday - so I expect to be lower next week.

    No worries. I was a pound up last week. Change your sugar intake and feel free to join us for the week for daily check-in such as 30 min. exercise daily and keeping calories under. Your body is fighting and possible plateua, which made my 2 pound lost forever. Good luck and cheers for staying focus and motivated!

    I'm weighing in now while I can remember, lol.. I'm down from 206.2lbs to 204.3lbs.. Loss of 1.9lbs!! Yay, I'm just happy I'm finally back on track!!

    Also ironic thing is, I weighed this morning and have lost a pound - I wish it had shown yesterday!
