Guess you guys don't have supermarkets and shops...why else would you need to go out and kill things in the wild? It's not like you NEED to.

I can tell you for a fact that the animals I killed were far, far, far more humanely killed by me than any animal slaughtered in a slaughterhouse and sold in a supermarket.

The deer I shot were enjoying their natural habitat right up until the last second when they went, "Huh? BANG!" and it was over.

Animals slaughtered for supermarkets are transported in tractor trailers, unloaded into corrals, forced down the loading ramps amid the smells and sounds of death to their slaughter. I don't have a problem with that, either, but let's not hate on hunting because the truth is it is far more humane than just about any meat you buy at the grocery store.

I'll agree with you bout the slaughter houses....and old co-worker of mine used to work in one....he didn't stay long because of the way they did things......he actually praises hunting for how humane it is compared to where he worked. Even the farms the animals were raised in were horrible....he's been to a few....the animals are in cages where they have no room to really move other than to step in their own crap.

All those farms we see driving through the country with all the cows and goats roaming around happily......those aren't the animals we buy from the grocery stores!! LOL Maybe a small independent butcher....but definitely not a grocery store.
