What is 30DS?

It's Jilliant Michaels 30 Day Shred exercise program it's suppossed to take off inches and inches off you, there are great results pisc in success stories and it's always 20 min workouts of 3 levels you work up to.

Oh, me! Me!! I ordered it online a good two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived though, so FINGERS CROSSED it'll bloody be here by the 20th, otherwise I WILL find somewhere else to buy it from because I am getting way impatient.

That achyness goes away by day 5.
At least it did for me!
It was so worth it after that because then I only got achy again one other time and that was at the beginning of level 2. My shoulders hurt for a day.
