My 30DS Results and Pics

I finished 30DS on Tuesday .... first time doing it and most of it was done doing the beginner stuff with Anita. But, I managed to complete it in 30 Days ..... no break ! These are my results ..... with pics (which will hopefully work !!):

Starting Weight : 209.8lbs
End Weight : 201.2lbs
Total Loss : 8.6lbs

Measurements:
Bust - lost 2 inches
Waist - lost 3 inches
Hips - lost 2.5 inches
Butt - lost 2 inches
I also lost inches from my thighs, calves and upper arms
Total Inches Lost : 14.75"

    Eh...based on posts I've seen on others, change IMG to img. But regardless, I looked at your stats and Awesome Job!!!

    Wow - your results are great! I couldn't view the second one, but the ones from the back side really show and difference! I want to do shred or ripped, but the first time I started shred I hurt myself. I think I am going to put in a month or two of hard work at the gym and then go for it again. Your results are encouraging!

    Really great results! You should be proud of your new body. Keep going. I was so thrilled when I finished 30DS, I started again the next day!
