What's the worst nutrition or fitness myth you've heard?

There are many that chap my hide, but one that irks me is when guys at the gym say "I'm gonna bulk up, then turn the fat into muscle".
When I hear that, I want to ram my head into the wall.

That you don't need to lift weights with your legs if you walk a lot, so you can just concentrate on the upper body0

1.) Dont eat after (something) PM or it all turns straight to fat.
2.) Never skip breakfast because it slows your metabolism
3.) Eat frequently to boost metabolism
4.) I just gained 3lbs of muscle last week!

haha!! I know.. I hear that a lot at the gym too.. from....... women. Not good. (: Sometimes its too awkward to offer the truth, but I try to offer advice when i can, and explain why that's not possible.0

When you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water at first you go to the bathroom alot and then it will taper off. NOT I'm still going like a race horse...0

Eat anything from this big list of fruits and vegetables. They're all negative calories so they don't count.0

I also got told the other day by a dear friend "you shouldn't run so much, it makes your skin jump around and gives you wrinkles" ummmmmmmmm0 -
