What's the worst nutrition or fitness myth you've heard?

There are many that chap my hide, but one that irks me is when guys at the gym say "I'm gonna bulk up, then turn the fat into muscle".

When I hear that, I want to ram my head into the wall.

    That you don't need to lift weights with your legs if you walk a lot, so you can just concentrate on the upper body

    1.) Dont eat after (something) PM or it all turns straight to fat.
    2.) Never skip breakfast because it slows your metabolism
    3.) Eat frequently to boost metabolism
    4.) I just gained 3lbs of muscle last week!
    5.)Carbs are the enemy
    6.) Women who wont lift heavy because they think the will look like a man. Because apparently as soon as you pick up that dumbbell you will turn into the hulk :p

    haha!! I know.. I hear that a lot at the gym too.. from....... women. Not good. (: Sometimes its too awkward to offer the truth, but I try to offer advice when i can, and explain why that's not possible.

    Eat anything from this big list of fruits and vegetables. They're all negative calories so they don't count.

    OH, and people who all but worship soy and wheat, not actually all that great for everybody.
