I am late to the party, but I am in on the Challenge. My doctor challenged me this morning and I am going to knock his socks off the next time I see him on February 6.0

Getting into this challenge very late, but please count me in. I'll see if I can push it to catch up (my kettlebell is only 15lbs so light in comparison to many).

May I ask how you are all tracking this in your exercise log? Kettlebells aren't in the exercise database and I never know how to count it.0 -

I'm up to 5060 swings.
In the log I take the time of my kettlebell workout, and put down 1/2 of it as weightlifting, and 1/2 as aerobics. I usually do a dvd that has many different exercises so for this thread I'm just counting the swings, high pulls & snatches.0 -
Well, I got a bit behind - had a lazy/sick week last week. But I'm up to 6150 swings and 3095 twists (trying to 50 per day).0
