    You could swap the skim milk for almond milk, reducing calories of the entire recipe by 100.

    I'm not sure if the pudding will react with Almond Milk, I know the box says it does not work with soy milk, but that would be great if it did!

    No such luck...I tried almond Milk it doesnt set....:grumble:

    Unfortunately they don't sell sugar free cheesecake jello in canada. There are a few other flavors we can't get here either. I got some a few months ago when I was visiting the US I'll have to get some more when I go back down in March. Until then I'll have to stick to my sugar free vanilla pudding.

    i tried this with just the pudding, sk milk and pumpkin....plus a packet of splenda's new all natural sweetener. I put it over about 1/2 cup of honey nut chex....so good!

    Mix some silken tofu in there...not sure how much with the almond milk and it will! :)
