    Zara. Day 4: Thursday 22nd September. Calories burnt; 607. Total for the week: 3621. I'm letting the side down here a little lol. I've worked overtime all week and I'm exhausted. Been up at 5.15 to do 45 mins, then I go for a brisk walk up a very steep hill at dinner time for half an hour. The intention is to do some at night too, but struggling. Booked in for overtime until the end of october! Need the money! Won't stop exercising though, going to try to do atleast 600 per day! X

    You're doing fabulously hun. Very dedicated to squeeze that 45 minutes in before work. Don't wear yourself out though. xx

    Join in if you like! We are going until Monday! Just to motivate us to do more, and its working. Burning so much with wii boxing, aerobics and hoola hooping lol, walking up steep hills a lot, stuff like that lol. Its definately taking a lot of effort and dedication, but I'm sure it will be worth it in the end. I'm also 18 stone, so you burn calories quicker. Took me time to work up to this though! I will let you know when the next challenge is if you like, although I want a few quiet no challenge weeks after this one lol. Zara X

    Lol. I've just started on the squats and they are really hard work! 20 each leg I'd the max I can do! Although I'm sure those hill walks must be doing something too! Your doing great! Well done honey! X

    Tough day today. Major fibro flare up and I hurt soooo much. Managed to walk into town and back although was a bit wobbly and got a few funny looks from people (they probably thought I was pissed, lol). Hopefully will be feeling better tomorrow. x

    Ha ha. Made me laugh a lot when you said they probably thought you were pissed. I know the feeling! Its a great achievement to walk into town and back when the fybro is bad!!! I keep getting crazy looks from people working in the buildings, where the hill is im climbing at break times. Sure its more calories than its logging it as, coz im sooo tired. Cant wait to get my FT60 and to know that the number on there is 100 percent correct! Well done hun, 3423 is a fantastic number and we are not finished yet! X

    Zara. Day 6 Saturday 24th September. Calories burnt: 287. Total for the week 4887. Fybro bad so had to have a day off. Just went grocery shopping at a new store, so it took me an hour to walk round and find everything, so atleast I burnt something lol. Going to try and hit 6000 for the week, that's my previous best. Just see how I feel tomorrow. Should still have a great loss this week! Hopefully... Last time I introduced a lot harder exercise to my regime, that really challenged my body I put weight on, so I'm a bit scared of that. I will see what the scales say Monday! X

    Great that you still managed to be active on a bad fybro day. Hope you feel better tomorrow but don't push yourself too hard. x
