Good job! Wow hey I just joined I was 210, and now I am 199 and really trying to get down to 165-155 by May 5th LONNGG WAY to go . So since you have lost so much and have been soo successful I figured I'd ask you! How did you do it? Is there a way you can help me get to my goal?
