    I'm Shica ! I'm on Team D.I.V.A :flowerforyou:
    SW: 167lbs GW: 135lbs
    Goals: ~ To workout Everyday a Minimum 1hr -a Maximum 3hrs. ( I know it sounds like a lot, but that's how I like to workout when I'm trying to lose weight.)
    ~ Food Intake Goal: Try super hard to stay @ 1200 or a little below some days! Protein, Veggies, Daily Multivitamin, & My normal Beverage Water (I'm a Mermaid I can't live without it !) :bigsmile:

    This is going to be fun!!!!

    Plan for Challenge: Workout 5x a week two times a day for 30-1hour.

    Workouts: Zumba, Dancing, Aerobics, Pilates.'

    Eating: Low Carb, Low-No Sugar,Eating meals off a saucer plate, WATER WATER WATER!!!

    My name is Danyelle and I'm 27. I weigh 186 and I am tring to get back down to 145. Im a mommy of two and a type 1 diabetic who NEEDS some motivation! So I will SO be on the next challenge!!

    up early this wonderful Sunday morning to get in my workout...day 27 of CLE burn circuit 1, three more days then moving on to the push phase...keep pushing play ladies..
