hey guys & gals how's it going, burning that fat? work was busy last evening... i burnt like 200 cals alone on my HRM.
9/27- CALS BURN = 700 (treadmill & walking at work)
My job has a gym & i use my 45 mins break to exercise, by the time its my break I'm so ready to go nuts that i'm so happy for the gym... I just turn that tv on & walk away.
