    hi guys the week has come to an end, hope u all accomplished what you set out to do. I must say I did it & more:drinker:
    9/30- cals burn = 125
    10/1- cals burn = 700
    most of my work out is done via the treadmill on incline, strength training, stair climbing & walking on the job HRM

    Haven't been able to do much exercising this week, I hurt my calf knee and groin last flag football game..getting really frustrating. :sad: next week i so got it
