    I was down to 172.4 on Thursday, but then I was out of town for a conference, had to eat at restaurants all weekend, and missed my Saturday workouts. :ohwell: Some day I'll be able to record my real weight on a Monday...

    269 today, -2lbs this week. I'm super happy with it because I had the WORST weekend food-wise... Back on track this week!

    I went up 1.8 pounds to 164.2 this morning! UGH!!

    Well, I could see it coming on the scale already, tho I'm not sure why. With all the exercising I did this past week I would have thought it would go down. Plus it is now TOM...maybe next week will see another good drop, eh?

    I know I'm working hard and staying in my calories and all that...so I'm just going to keep it up and have some faith. If I have another week like this past one, where I know I'm working hard and keeping my calories down, then I'll start tweaking my eating some and work harder at eating cleaner, not just staying within my calorie range.

    I really want to get below 160 so that I can reward myself with the new workout clothes that I bought last week! They were on sale at my daughter's work, so I went ahead and bought them ahead of time, but I can't take them out of the bag until I get into the 150's!!!

    only lost 0.6 lbs, and didn't hardly get any Cardio done! spent most the week sick. hoping to make this week a GOOD week! not gonna make my October goal, but i'm gonna get as close as I can!

    great job everyone
    I started week 6 of C25K tonight and it is starting to feel really great to get out and run. I never thought I would ever say that lol but it really is getting nice.

    After being in San Antonio all weekend with Girl Scouts eating terrible things, I gained 3 lbs. Time to kick some butt and get it back off.

    didn't weigh myself on sunday been really ill and binging so knowning my body i'm probably up 7-9lbs :( ah well, im still ill, really trying not to give up plus my stress with uni work and endless deadlines stressing me out hasnt helped matters with my illness

    i'm just gonna keep trying no matter how long it takes me :(
