Vacation killed me. Too many fruity tropical drinks
No weight for last week as there was no scale but today I weighed in at 178.9. which is SUCKY! Apparently gained 3 pounds on vacation Time to get back on track!0 -

Okay.... truth be told, I have been slacking with my logging. So I am going to try and be back on here. Consistency is kicking me in the butt! So, grocery shopping and back to packing my lunch for work and better meal planning in general!

Down to 148.8. Seems like I'm consistently losing about a lb per week. I guess that will work for what I'm trying to accomplish. Definitely don't have enough time at this rate to make it to my goal for the New Year.
In all honesty, life has gotten in the way of my workouts and my eating habits the past few weeks. Time to get back on track. And hopefully with my Husband out of school for a month I will be able to get a little help with meal making and house chores.

As always, thanks for sticking with me and the challenge! I lost 1 pound this week so I'm finally seeing a little consistancy on the scale, and it's my TOM so I'm hoping for even more next week! One more weigh in before the dreaded Thanksgiving feast! No worries though, it's only a day, enjoy it with family and friends and get back on track over the weekend. You've all come such a long way!! I've realized as well I will not make the 25lb goal but I'm determinded to keep moving forward, any weight lost is more than I would have done without the challenge. Hope you all have a great week and talk to you soon!

forgot to log in on monday.... i went back down to 142 again. so, finally back in the right direction. amazing how going off my 1200 cal diet for just a week and a half made such a quick gain.
i'm finding it hard to eat as well as i should be at about this halfway point but, i'm optimistic that i can get back at it!
started la boxing this past week - so hopefully 5-6 days a week of that will get me into kickass shape! maybe i won't meet my 25 pound goal... but i bet i'll hit 20!! (allowing for a little indulgence with the holidays!!)
don't get discouraged everyone, i know i'm going to keep going until i lose that 25 lbs - my new years or even a month after! you all have really motivated me, and i made a promise to myself to lose this weight, so let's remember our promises to a healthier us!!0 -

I had another rough week living in 2 places at once and I finally brought my scale to my house, where I'm spending most of my time now. So sorry again for the late weigh in...I haven't gotten back to logging consistantly yet, but after seeing that gain last week I'm more aware of what I'm eating this week...here's my weigh in:

I totally agree. I was wondering last week whether we could slot in another couple of weeks before the start of the new year (so we can all reach our goal!) LOL.
I love reading the spreadsheet, and seeing how much weight, we as a group, have lost. And more importantly how much our health/fitness must have improved as a result.
Whilst there are a few "negative losses", these are not for very large amounts. And when people are going through times where they are focusing on other priorities, they get back on track as soon as practical.

I had a bad cold and couldn't stomach food for a day. Depending on how you eat when you can again, will depend on if it comes back. Keep hydrated! Good luck!0 -

Another week of getting back on track….like many have said, we might not reach our 25lb goal by New Years, but we still worked our butts off and are better off now than we were in September I’m still not back to logging my food everyday yet, but I have been getting in my workouts and watching what I eat Keep up the amazing work everyone….and enjoy your US Thanksgiving don’t eat too much turkey lol

This morning I weighed in at 158.4. Last weeks gain was due to TOM...it arrived a week sooner than I expected. Hopefully I'll have a good couple of weeks now.
I have noticed that although my weight isn't really going down a lot, my inches are changing. So I'm pretty happy with that! I know I'm working hard, so whatever the scale says, is what it says, you know? I have a goal, but the bigger picture is that I'm being active and healthy and taking action where I can, to change those things that I have been wanting to change for a while now -- and I'm doing it the right way, by watching my food intake and exercising more!!

Current weight - 158.4
Challenge goal weight - 144
