Another week of getting back on track….like many have said, we might not reach our 25lb goal by New Years, but we still worked our butts off and are better off now than we were in September I’m still not back to logging my food everyday yet, but I have been getting in my workouts and watching what I eat Keep up the amazing work everyone….and enjoy your US Thanksgiving don’t eat too much turkey lol

This morning I weighed in at 158.4. Last weeks gain was due to TOM...it arrived a week sooner than I expected. Hopefully I'll have a good couple of weeks now.
I have noticed that although my weight isn't really going down a lot, my inches are changing. So I'm pretty happy with that! I know I'm working hard, so whatever the scale says, is what it says, you know? I have a goal, but the bigger picture is that I'm being active and healthy and taking action where I can, to change those things that I have been wanting to change for a while now -- and I'm doing it the right way, by watching my food intake and exercising more!!

Stayed the same this week! Have had a pretty nasty cough, so working out has been challenging! Hopefully Thanksgiving won't throw me off and I can get back into the swing! :sick:0

28th November - 186.7 (84.7 kg) - which is 0.9 kg (about 2.0 lbs) lost this week.
It also means that I have met my first goal of a loss of 10 kg (about 22 lbs). WOO HOO!!!!0 -
Not weighing in this week... I'm sure its not good. I have a sinus infection so I've been taking it easy in order to get better, and with that came Thanksgiving and lots of yummy food. So...I'll get back on the wagon next week! Keep up the great work everyone!!!0
