    I would like to join the challenge, please. I will post my starting weight and goal on Saturday as that is the 1st of October and also my normal weigh in day.

    I think I would like to try this :) Mine would be 5.28pds... This might get me back on track with the exercise. I did really well the 1st 2months, but the last month or so I havent done pretty much any...& I'm not sure why :/ So I do think I will give this a go :D

    I'm using an average weight which I get from physicsdiet.com - which I like as it evens out the swings in weight. So I need to lose 7.7lbs for my 4%. Good luck everyone & thanks to twighlightrealm for setting up the challenge : )

    My goal would be 7 pounds - the actual total came to 6.992 so I just rounded up to 7.

    Hi all, I'm really looking forward to seeing how everyone progresses this month. Great response already.

    I've lost a little since Thursday but my 4% is still app. 8.9lbs. Today I'll be hitting the gym for a 2 mile run and some strength training then a 3 mile walk later.

    Here is my starting weight, listed below. I calculated my weight loss goal as 4.275. I know that should be rounded down but I would prefer to round up, especially since October is a longer month. So, I am setting my weight loss goal for this challenge as 5 pounds.
