    My 4% is 8.7lbs. SW is 218.6 lbs

    Need to make a correction: This was by Friday morning weight...However, by Satuday morning (10/01/11), I had actually gained alot of weight. i was 224.4...I just knew this was wrong because i have never gained that type of weight overnight and plus, I didn't eat like that to warrant that type of gain. Well, it wrong correct and I have been struggling to get it back off. With that being said, my new 4% is 8.96 or 9 lbs and my SW is 224.4.

    Hey everyone,

    This week I've lost 1.6lbs = 0.7% lost, not as much as I hoped but what I expected but its a loss nevertheless. I'm just 2lbs away from being under 100kg so this week I'm going to do my best to get rid of that milestone. :smile:

    Hey, nice loss. The calculation is (weight loss) x 100/ (starting weight). You can see my 1st post for the example if you need.
