Hey everyone! Its not been the best of weeks for me, 've had 2 days were my stomach has felt like a bottomless pit and binged twice. I did hit the gym a bit so I stayed the same as last week so my total loss is less than i hoped at 6lbs/ 2.7%. I have been appreciating some NSV's like running 2 miles at 10km/h without stopping, a more defined collar bone and some ab muscle definition (lol). But really I would of liked better results on the scales, maybe next month.
It was nice catching up on everyones progress. I'm not going to do this topic next month but anyone who wants is welcome to use the same format. Well done on all the losses and good luck on continuing.
