Couldn't run tonight due to knee issue, so it was all biking tonight for 10.7 miles.

Oh! And with that I already made my goal for the month! After either not making my goal or barely making it the last few months, I needed* to crush it this month. And I'm going continue to see just how much more* I can drive that sucker into the ground!!

All treadmill work .... ticker updated.
I set my challenge distance too low ... lack of experience. I have never counted distance before who could guess how motivating it has been!!

    10 Oct -0
    11 Oct -1.8ml (3.0km) 36.5km
    12 Oct -0
    13 Oct - (5.2km) 41.7km
    14 Oct -0
    15 Oct (10.1km) 51.8km
    16 Oct (5.2km) 57.0km
    17 Oct -0
    18 Oct (5.7km) 62.7km

Just saw the spreadsheet ... nice job ... thanks!
    But, I am red.
Does that mean I don't post updates often enough?
Hope I am still there next time I look. (worried)

You're not red anymore. Only people who didn't post on part 2 of the challenge are red for tracking purposes.
You will definitely be on the spreadsheet the next time and congrats on reaching your October target.
Let's see how far you can go till the end of the month.

Checking in...I'm at 179 now, and might even get on the bike at home again tonight if I get time.

I guess I'll have to increase my goal again next month..I'm loving the motivation I get from this challenge

    Thanks for "un-redding" me.
My worry now, isn't about how much I can do this month ... but how on earth I am going to match it next month!!
(I mean, how on earth did I manage the distance I have done?
I know I did ... but never having counted distance before ... well the whole lot in one total seems daunting!)
