    Just updated my ticker. I have two more months to complete 200 miles. If I succeed 1400 miles have past me by this year moved by walking or running...I havenoticed on an average I walk( working) 4 miles becasue I take the stairs and park far away from the door. Lets get out there and move our *kitten*'s
