    4. LOG EVERYTHING-YES

    October 28-30 Goals
    1. Workout over the weekend each day
    2. WATER WATER WATER
    3. Carb and Calorie count under totals
    4. Log everything

    Goals for October 27:
    1. Water!!!--Better
    2. Stay in my calorie range (1800 average).--Yes.
    3. 30 minute walk AM and PM.--Yes and yes.

    Wasn't able to get here yesterday. Since my goals haven't changed here's how I did:

    Goals for October 28:
    1. Water!!!--Yes.
    2. Stay in my calorie range (1800 average).--No.
    3. 30 minute walk AM and PM.--Yes and no.

    Not the best day going but today will be a lot better!

    lwdllc--I love your attitude! Have a wonderful weekend. We are carving pumpkins and I am going to bake some (whole wheat) bread. Other than that, I hope to get to a rally in the capitol (Olympia) today but we are not feeling well--colds--and it is pouring rain so I'll have to think about that.

    4. Log everything- YES

    Goals for Halloween
    1. NO TREATS THEY ARE A TRICK!!! HAHAHAHAHHA
    2. WORKOUT after I am mommy so that means a late workout
    3. WATER IS THE GOALS THIS WEEK NO MATTER WHAT
    4. Carb and Calorie count under the numbers...
    5. Log everything!

    So I found an old picture and I hung it up on my mirror as motivation for me to workout on those days that I dont want to! Lets see how that does for increasing the excitement not to mention I am 187 a new low!!!!! 3 pounds off my second goal!

    Again I did not make it here but I did okay yesterday.

    I will be helping a friend move today so there will be lots of activity! Just need to watch the food.
