5.4 on Expresso doing "Moody Ambush"

I am confused. Is Expresso a type of bike or do you just drink lots of strong coffee? And a Moody Ambush?

I'm pretty sure it's one of those "interactive" exercise bikes... http://www.expresso.com/

personally, I'd sooner do 30-40km to a nice cafe, then a couple of double espresso's and something cake-like to fuel my return ride... and as soon as the doctor signs my knee off as being safe to ride properly on, that's exactly what I'll be doing

It was a cool day, and the bridge over Foothill Blvd in Upland is OPEN!!!. My ride just got shorter and easier, but a bit safer too.

That does look like fun! And great for the winter.

As long as its nice out, I think I would rather join you at the cafe.
  • HA!
Expresso is one of those interactive bikes-they give the rides goofy names. I definitely prefer outdoor cycling-but my knee and the weather decide my day!

Yes I think you can. You basically can do the 150 in two more rides or if you really want to in one ride. You are setting yourself short. Ok I should shut up because I know you are running a lot too. Either way it is great.

I checked the link Yin had and it does look like fun! On a chilly morning both kinds of exrpesso sound good.

    Hi,
I started biking home from work three times per week and would like to join your challenge.
This week I have logged 70km
Next week, maybe I will try and fit one more ride in.
Cheers and fair winds to all

267 Miles for the Month. I am half way there. Anything over 500 for this month is icing on the cake for my last two months of the year. If I hit 500 this month it means I only 500 left for the last two months to hit 4000 for the year.
