Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any but need to track better on weekends :noway:
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? enjoyed the beautiful weather :bigsmile:
What would I have done differently? track calories and gone for a longer walk instead of drinking bloody mary's :drinker:

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? did yoga, elliptical and a 2 mile walk - not a lot of time on the elliptical - only 20 mins because I didn't have my iPod, a magazine and I had just taken a benedryl.
What would I have done differently? um - not go over on calories with ALL THAT exercise..ahh yes the cupcake that I had to have wasn't necesary either :huh: What has happened to my willpower? :explode: I know what needs to be done but I am feeling some family stress that is getting the best of me. At least the exercise is helping!

Woo - I am going no where fast. So discouraging :grumble: I keep working out but I can't get the eating under control. I was hungry all day yesterday. I guess I just need to take each day at a time. Good thing the dress I am wearing to a wedding on Saturday has a little give :laugh:

stick with it goldk! we have all been through the same thing (that's why we are here!) ... you can do it. I know that my cravings are better on days that I concentrate on eating more protein for meals and snacks, maybe you want to try it?0 -

stick with it goldk! we have all been through the same thing (that's why we are here!) ... you can do it. I know that my cravings are better on days that I concentrate on eating more protein for meals and snacks, maybe you want to try it?

Home again, just to let you know... Hope you ladies have a great weekend. Had the Ooms and Tantes for dinner (Uncles and Aunts in Dutch) so the table was set for 17. Had a few college kids thrown in too. Dinner was delicious and I ate small portions. Not going to log since it's after midnight. At least clean-up is done! Tomorrow they come back for coffee and then we pack for the weddings Friday and Saturday in MI. It's a crazy life full of sorrow and blessings, so I'm going with the flow and enjoying the ride! I'll be back sometime Sunday. Votes for Monday weigh-in?? Or might it be a good to pass this one up? :noway: I'm sure the festivities and travel will have their effect! Talk to you soon!0

What is today's personal goals? track calories, check in, and go for a walk tonight. Walked around Plymouth with my daughter today. Hopefully will get another walk in this evening. No Y today - no school today.... no school always throws off my schedule :noway: I went to Papa Ginos for lunch and had a chicken caesar pocket for lunch 1000 calories... I thought I was seeing things :explode: Good thing I get to start all over tomorrow. Time to drink some water and flush out all the sodium that was in the pocket too. :grumble:

Well, that was a weekend!! Laid around the house with 2 sick daughters yesterday and took reports from the rest of the ill family! Had a GREAT time but many of us were struck with something!
Actually did weigh-in yesterday morning- thanks for the encouragement ltspaul :flowerforyou: Up a bit more than a pound 139.6 (totally expected, still a little depressing.) If I get back on track now that should reverse fairly quickly!
Welcome jlanab! :flowerforyou: Hope you become a regular part of our supportive little group. I can tell you this keeps us going when we really don't feel much like it! (today :sick: )
Yep, goldk :flowerforyou: those restaurant meals are killer. I am trying to think ahead on them. Sometime there are no great choices, but there usually are better choices!
