Did you stay within your nutritional goals? - My profile says I did but I have a feeling I might have gone a bit over. Mostly on vegies though
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yeppers!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a productive day in spite of the surprise visit by an uncle and aunt (maybe that's why it was productive! :laugh: )
What would I have done differently? 1 glass of wine instead of 2

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No - over by 160 cals which was a surprise because I thought I had done well

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? lost .6 pounds at my weightloss challenge so I didn't have to pay a dollar!
What would I have done differently? not eaten so much at night

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Traded horse-back riding for the elliptical. Not as many calories but SOOO much fun and I still made my calorie goal :happy:

Monday weigh-in 138.2 DOWN! from last week by 1.8 pounds and getting closer to my goal (132) :drinker: I have not had a Monday weigh-in under this since February. I'm hoping to keep working my way down bit by bit. I have started running - maybe that is "shaking" it off! :laugh:0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? yoga and a 2 mile walk before dinnner with my boyfriend and daughter (she rode her bike)

Hanging out in Chicago O'Hare. Not checking in officially but had a great lunch downtown. Probably not getting dinner. Should work out fine considering I indulged myself a bit on our Ladies-night. No weight gain this morning!. We will see what a college visit this weekend will do!0
