Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Probably not
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went to visit my sister - first time in over a year +.
What would I have done differently? Not sit at the counter and munch away on cheese, crackers, etc... and track what I was putting in my mouth.
What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and the elliptical for 65 minutes. Yoga was cancelled so I just did the elliptical for the same amount of time.
Exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) 1/7 days of exercise - 6 days last week - Woohoo!0 -
