    SO motivating. Thanks so much for sharing so many details!! I have been doing that exact same thing at the gym- burning at least 500 calories or more- and My starting weight and goal are about the same, and my body shape is also about the same! You have really helped me this Monday morning to see the end... ish :) Question: Did you usually eat back your exercise calories so that your net was 1200??

    You could be 300 lbs and still be hot. I'm totally convinced. But terrific job on your weight loss all the same!! I'm sure you feel much better and you're definitely healthier!
