    So the month is almost out! I am hoping I reach my goal!. So instead of weighing in on Sunday I probably will do it on the 31st! All I need is 4 lbs gone to have reached my OCTOBER GOAL!!!!!!

    Also, I started the challenge with 240 minutes of exercise this month as my goal. I am now at 867 minutes this month. :-)

    NSV: Fit into my size 14 bridesmaids dress for my best friend's wedding next month! I bought it several sizes too small as motivation!

    Still a chance to hit my target weight for the month.

    Self-Challenge: Do at least 3 resistance training, 3 steady state cardio workouts per week.
    Update: Not great here again. I managed 2 resistance training session, and 3 cardio.

    Down another 2 inchess :-) so that makes a total of 4 inches. Will replace sscale battery today or tomorrow and will post weighin then.

    Current weight: 224.6
    Goal weight for challenge: 220.4
    Total difference since challenge started: -5.6 lbs. Walked 72.9 miles during these six weeks. Goal was 100 miles.

    I had gotten down to 224.6 at the end of the third week and not sure why I was up after that. I'm sure it had to do with sodium due to so many restaurant meals on one of my trips. My weight loss is so slow because of meds and my health issues. I take what I can get but sure wish it was going along a little faster. Oh, well. I know all my hard work will pay off eventually!! Thanks for a great challenge, ladies!! :heart:
