Session 9 was awesome and so was In the Mouth of Madness (even though at this point it's going to be out dated)
The Shining and Clockwork Orange are always in my top 10 movies

    Aliens
I was sure there was an alien in my closet for months. I still can't sleep if my closet door is open even a little.

Oh and In my Skin was creepy, Salo was disgusting and Old Boy was awesome, but don't know if that would be horror or thriller

The new Insidious movie. Oh my! Scared the crap out of me. Now mind you, I co-founded a paranormal group and have seen some messed up stuff. But this movie scared me!

The Strangers is a good movie and what makes it even freakier is that its based on actual events!

Most of the horror flicks that last 15 years or so suck. Not a single one is scary.

However, I liked the Exorcist, Night of the Living Dead (1968 version), Jaws, Let Sleeping Corpses Lie, Texas Chainsaw Massacre(1974 version), Nightmare on Elm street, Poltergeist, and Psycho were all great back in their days and still cool now.

That's probably the best of one of the recent horror films, IMO.

My dad let me watch the Exorcist when I was eight or so and I have never fully recovered. The Shining is probably my all-time fave horror movie! Poltergeist (the first one) is also pretty high up there.
