    Well I could only manage 20mins of cardio party with this blister on my toe :grumble: I cant even get at it as it is so deep under the skin...

    Yesterday was weird for me, I hardly ate anything and I wasnt hungry. I had over 600cals left over, I have never had that before..

    Anyways, I have just ordered my Fat Blaster off ebay! Really getting into this!!

    Any tips on how to clear up this blister so I can get back to my workouts?

    UGH...I wish I had some advice for you. Hopefully someone else will. (((hugs)))


    I just finished Cardio Party....hoping to do something else once the kiddos go to bed tonight.

    Deedun when I had my blister I just put a cotton ball on it and used a band aid to hold it in place. It helped cushion it so it didn't hurt so bad. Sorry it's giving you such a bad time. Hope you can get back to CP soon.

    Good for you guys working out today...it's my day off, I thought about doing some but....too lazy :smile:

    Hey Jam Family,
    Happy Sunday to everybody!
    Was feeling really good when I got up this morning but started having all this emotional stuff going on (think I was sitting on my fur lined pitty pot, lol) Pushed myself to try JK & P for the first time and I swear by the time we got to the last cool down I was in tears (and sweat!) DH had a meeting, thank God. He has a hard time when I get teary ~ not one of the real "sensitive" types~ he supports in the way that's comfortable for him~ and that's ok Really glad I tried it!! It was really tough for me but I made it through, let's not discuss graceful, though, just yet! I called one of my wise girlfriends and had a good laugh, so I am in much better spirits and counting my blessings instead of looking at the deficit in my checkbook! It does get a little overwhelming. Didn't turn to food for the solution today and I did something that is going tomake me feel better instead of feel worse. I am grateful for that.

    Deedun - WTG on cardio party!!! Good for you! Sorry about your blister. I think the taped cotton ball should help until you get healed - wishing yu speedy recovery so you can get back to fully enjoying your workouts.

    Drevansmom- You are amazing! How do you do a workout holding an additional 17lbs??????!!! ~ now that's dedication!! I am proud of you!
    Kelly - haven't tried TS yet but I look forward to it - keep giving the feedback and I want to hear about your results.
    Sara - Motivation... that's a good one! I am lazy by nature:laugh: I don't even ask myself anymore do I want to do workout ~ just put the sneaks on and go for it! So far.. it's working!
    Gottaluvboys- Glad you're doing CP ~ I really am liking that one so far - it's on the books for tomorrow. Good for you for trying to get in more than 1 per day. That takes a lot of planning and dicipline.

    Once the kiddos were asleep I did the 20 min workout and 30 min of pilates today as well:smile:
