Okay, this is probably dumb, but how do you know you are taking your measurements in the EXACT same spot each time? Is there an art to this? I mean different parts of my arms, legs, etc. have a very different measurement...I can't tell if I'm in the right spot, & depending on if I'm an inch or 2 off from last time, I could have lost OR gained inches...& I really don't think I've gained any! Maybe I need to have my measurements done by someone who knows what they're doing so they'd be accurate. But who? I'm about to just give up on relying on measurements.
I've only lost about 6 lbs since the start of the challenge, which is kind of disappointing, but it's just been a slow month for me weight loss wise compared to the previous 2 months.
Also, here is yesterday's workout:

I have to miss tomorrow's class AGAIN so I won't have any more zumba until Wednesday. I'm going to the gym today (which is usually a rest day) & doing kickboxing on Tuesday to make up for it!0 -
I think I generally measure in the same place. Its hard to tell, i know you feel! While I'm measuring my waist, i bend side to side. The place where you bend is where your waist is (for women). I then put my hands on where my hips are (like if i'm mad) and that's where I measure my hips. I don't really measure my chest because I'm nursing.

Weight: 205lbs (-3 lbs since the beginning of the challenge)
Waist: 35.5"
everything else pretty much stayed the same, which kind of sucks! oh well! at least i got some down!0 -

I am 5 lbs away from goal #1! i'm so back on track!0 -
I didn't have a great Zumba week! I only did Wednesday & Thursday due to conflicts. I should be able to get all my classes in next week though! Even though I've not lost any inches that I can tell, I'm losing weight so it must be working. I'm noticing my legs are slimming down much faster than my arms & stomach though...I need to find some good exercises to combine with Zumba to target these areas! Right now I'm only doing zumba, weights & the elliptical regularly.0
