One of my friends just told me he think curvy women is not at all should be the "ideal" body. He thinks they should just be fit (with no curves at all)......
Anybody prefer curvy women or just straight thin bodies?

curvy, I refuse to lose my curves! Doesn't mean I can't be at a healthy weight, just not on the lower side of it, doesn't look right on me0
-
Curvy.... not a guy, but still expressing my opinion on the subject.0

I think it depends on the woman whether they look better curvy as opposed to straight and thin. I personally think women with some curves look better.0
-
Yea, I am slightly curvy and lol....But clothes sometimes can be hard to find.....I dont know why he would think curvy is not hott!...It is0
-
I think curvy is hot! It's what defines a woman. Maybe he's gay....0

curvy0

lol. I hope you don't care what your friend thinks. I think either way is beautiful though, but wouldn't kill myself to achieve that thinness0
-
For me, its "curvalicious" any time. Women are hot anyway, but that makes them "hotter" for me.0

Hey! I say to each their own! My husband likes me happy and i am happy thin, which I guess for me is less curvy than today's standards. keep in mind when i was your age it was the 70's .....and when I was growing up it was the 60-70's. so thin and straight were the gold standard of beauty. (google Twiggy)
I think every woman should be allowed to determine what makes her beautiful....curves......thin......straight lines....whatever!
Men will always "deal" because they want to be with(in) us!

I don't really have preferred body type on anyone else, just myself.
I think it's silly for anyone to think anyone's body, but their own, should look a certain way. None of their business. :]0 -

First rule: don't listen to a college-age guy's opinions on women. College-age guys are idiots. I know. I was one.0 -
I like both...but on me straight size.0

Curvy all the way!0

I would like to be curvy.0

I am not curvy, I dont have a small waist or shapley hips or a butt. Even if I were to lose weight. I once overheard a woman comment to someone else that "a woman that does not have a butt is not a woman" and that made me feel a little self conscious and disappointed.0

Are you serious? Aww...That is not true and you have no reason to feel self-conscious about that....Everybody is different...Thats not true...Your a woman no matter what. So please feel confident about yourself0 -
I like curvy all the way. I also think you can be toned and curvacious at the same time.0

No butt here either :ohwell: At least I don't have to worry about cellulite on my *kitten*!!:drinker:0 -
if a guy ever told me he didn't like curves I would laugh, because they either like boobies, booties, or legs/hip, ect, somewhere in there has to be some curves, otherwise why not just like men?0

He must be attracted to skeletons0

Oh yea, his reason: He thinks models are hott because they are thin.... So all women should be thin....
Hmmm.....I think the media really got to his head..... Where is the positivity for all types of women these days, including the curvy?0 -
models look good in pictures, but I have met them in person adn they honestly don't look so great, like kid bodies that are helped with photo angles0

Its funny how the stick thin models came about... it is actually because too many men were paying attention to their body's and not the clothes. So, designers started looking toward women that could actually act similarly to a clothes hanger, aka a bag of bones. As for me, I would be quite devastated to lose my body shape. I love having a feminine physique. But, I have also met skinny girls who look a lot better really thin. AND curves does not mean overweight or unhealthy. You can be in great shape and still look good. I also think that strong is becoming the new skinny, which is an awesome movement. I love it and I am all for it!0
