A year, but I've been taking things really slow.0

When I went on weight watcher, I lost it in 3 months with exercising.0

IT took me about a year too. Just to make sure it stayed off.0

30 weeks..then Bam!! plateau for the last 7!0

A year and a half. I was about taking it slow and finding the eating and exercise routine that worked for me as a permanent change.0

i started my weight loss in may and have lost 30 pounds. So about 5 months. but, i messed up a lot and if i would have been stricter, im sure i could have lost it in 3-4 months. i think it all just depends on how disciplined you are. good luck0

started same date and have lost 24. If you don't have as much to lose it sometimes takes longer so it is hard ot give an answer0 -

March - September. 6 months.
I was pretty fierce about it, never "cheated", always exercised, always ate back exercise calories, used a heart rate monitor, tried to always be as accurate as possible. When I hit a plateau, I retweaked my numbers and tried to figure out where the stall was happening, foods or exercise, etc. Did LOTS of research on this website and others to make sure I wasn't wasting time LOL!

Wow, that's amazing that you can lose weight so fast. I lost 20 in four months and am a standstill at the moment due to a couple of bad week. My goal is to lose another 20 by xmas, but that might be a little unrealistic.0

Started April 1, 2010 at 177lbs and by Sept 2010 I was 150lbs.0

Ok so because of the variability in how much time you all lost 30lbs, so it is realistic to lose it by January right? That's my goal to lose it by my birthday.0
