    Sunday the 16th- 6 miles
    Tuesday the 18th- 3.5 miles
    Thurs the 20th- 1.8 miles

    Total so far: 11.3
    3 miles planned tomorrow...will have to add a mile to get to 15:)

    13.1 at The Girlfriend's Half Marathon on Sunday 10/16
    1.75 on Monday to yoga and 1.75 home from yoga.
    3.21 miles Tuesday morning with the jogging stroller
    6.42 miles on Wednesday
    6.42 miles on Thursday

    30.9 so far, hoping for 40 miles by Saturday evening.

    Monday: neh-eh
    Tuesday: 1.8

    Total 9.1 miles. Need to get in an average of 3 miles tomorrow and Saturday to break even. I gotta get my *kitten* out of bed early enough to do it in the morning!! I slept in today and didn't get my cardio on until after dinner. BLEH.

    Thursday: 2.25 mile run and 1.75 mile walk

    8.5 miles so far this week... hopin to make it to my 15 mile goal :)

    walked a slow 1/4 mile with the misses and my boys on this crisp October evening. 3.5 miles to go tomorrow. My plan is to hit the treadmill bright and early.

    My miles:
    10/16 - 7.4 mile run, 0.8 mile walk after that.
    10/17 - 2.1 mile walk (shorter than normal...penance for yesterday's run apparently)
    10/18 - 4.0 mile run
    10/19 - 1.35 mile walk
    10/20 - 3.4 mile run
    10/21 - 1.6 mile walk

    Total for the week: 20.65 miles

    That's it for me for the week. DEFINITELY can't do the 3 mile walk every lunchtime for now with the running I've been doing.
