    you dont have to fully deplete glycogen to burn fat. thats a myth. first of all your body burns both at all times, just majority glycogen. if you exercise at a slow pace ( 50 -60% of max heart ratw) your body dosent use as MUCH muscle glycogen at all/opposed to fats.
