Not far off but I ate such **** that im not even proud that it's close I feel so gross:( ugh

Saturday is my most active day since we started the house remodel. I spent all day yesterday painting ceilings and walls, up and down ladders and removing base boards. My thighs, butt and shoulders are killing me!
Oh, by the way, it turns out scrubbing tile is a great ab workout. Who knew? :laugh:0 -

I am genuine ashamed of myself this week. I've started totting up the figures and I've got 280 points!
And I'm not sure what my goal net calories should be for this coming week. It's my 40th birthday on Sunday, so will be celebrating at the weekend. Maybe I should set my goal for Saturday & Sunday at a million calories then I know I won't go over!!0 -

Mon 1100
Tue 1300
Wed 1100
Thu 1300
Fri 1600
Sat 3000
Sun 2600
Will be back to normal the following week!0 -

I've decided to not log my exercise this week. I want to see what the "true" data is without the exercise "saving the day". Oh, and no alcohol. :sad:
I need to keep it at 1300 Monday through Friday and 1600 Saturday and Sunday0 -

Monday: 1200
Tuesday: 1200
Wednesday: 1400
Thursday: 1300
Friday: 1500
Saturday: 2000 (200 cals above maintanence - going out for Brazilian BBQ and drinks that night so I already foresee this being difficult despite the big allotment... lol)
Sunday: 14000 -
My goals will be the same this week 1200 across the board!
Today's results----> goal 1200 net 1081.
Really want to see that scale move this week:) I have a wedding to go to in three weeks and I want to feel like I've done the best I can:) the snacks I just ate prob won't help lol dammit!
