    so today is did my running. ran for 45 minutes. a nice big stretch, and then 4 minutes of a light jog. then i did one minute of good running stride (about 70%) and then 3-4 minutes of a run (at about 50%), repeated 6 times. then i jogged home at about 60% for the last 15 minutes.

    tomorrow is strength circuit training at the gym. planning on doing a nice circuit of this, repeated three times.
    Squat 90 lbs
    Dead lift 100 lbs
    Overhead Press 80lbs
    Dumb bell rows 40lbs
    Hanging leg raises

    Righto, yesterday was strength for me so I did:

    100 Jumping Jacks
    16 push ups
    70 crunches
    40 squats
    35 bicep curls
    35 tricep extensions
    70 crunches
    5 push ups (this knackered my arms!)
    20 squats

    Took a bit longer than 4 minutes - I think I'm doing it wrong ;) Well not wrong, but y'know, whatever. :P

    Didn't really get off to a proper start yesterday because I was a bit busy, grocery shopping and appointments. My only exercise was biking to and from each place, which was about 90 minutes all together. Maybe that's a rest day?

    I'll have some more biking today too, but I only have to go to one place so I'll still have plenty of time to do a Jillian video or two. :)

    Yesterday was a strength day for me. Did 25 minutes of Shred it with Weights. So sore. Today I will attempt the sprinting, 4 minute jog and 1 minute sprint X 5 = 25 minutes. then do 20 minutes of yoga at home. We shall see. good luck everyone!!

    Nobody posting??? Well then, Wednesday I did my sprints and thursday I was still too sore for Kettlebells so I walked and did yoga. tonight I'm still sore so it is sprints instead of weights. Tomorrow there will be weights though.
