The same thing happened to me this past week. I up 2 to 4 lbs. but I can tell it's water retention by looking at my ankles. Keep it up, it will go away!0

L1 day 6 today! I may go out and buy a couple 5lb hand weights, because some of the exercises are too easy with 3lb.0

L2D2 I can't believe that I have worked out 11 of the past 12 days! I'm feeling the sore muscles today though after upping a level yesterday!0

WOOHOO!!! About to do L1D10 (in mere minutes), so ready to move on to the next level. I can only take hearing the same EXACT things for so long. Just took my day 10 pics and will post after the workout.0

SO what I did was copied this code below, and change the IMG to img
Do I need to change every "IMG" to "img" cuz the first time I tried it that way and it didn't work, so I tried just changing the [/IMG] to [/img]0 -
it's lower case img... make sure you end it with /img also0

It makes me so sad I am not still with you all. My knee is still messed up and I dunno WHAT I am gonna do! I worked out last night at the gym, and it hurt so bad that I had to literally pick up my leg if I needed to step up or down. It is terrible But I am so proud of you all who are still going, and I love seeing the progress pics. STAY STRONG!!!0 -

Decided to do Taebo today instead of Shred for a change in workout.
Sometimes it hard with repetition! I am having to just do work outs in the gym, and I am actually missing the shred! I am so ready to get back into it. Can't wait0 -
Yesterday I had to do the elliptical and stationary bike instead of L2 of the Shred. I could barely move after D1L2. LOL Still sore, but back at the Shred today.0

Ok. I am BACK. My knee is all better and I think I can handle Jillian again!! WOO HOO! I am not sure if I should do a L1 first... or just hop into L2. Either way, I am Back

level 2 has some annoying knee exercises, so take it easy if you do jump into level 2, don't want to hurt yourself again.

Hey everyone!! I promise, i did not forget about you!! unfortunately, i took a week off from the 30 day shred... i am in colorado, i had to go to buffalo, NY -- my grandma passed away last saturday. so i was there from Thursday-Thursday, and frankly, i was just too worn out last night to work out.
But i started again this morning!!! OMG -- it kicked my butt. I'm jusst going to start from "day 1" even though I was at day 7 when I left.
Anywho -- it feels great to be back.

Just did 10 minutes of D10 L2 and my back just couldn't take anymore. So I did some stretches instead. Did some research and apparently almost every exercise in L2 is bad for people with lower back problems (me).. which would explain why my back has been SO bad the last week. Ready to move onto L3 tmw!0

L1D2 - Complete!! It's been pretty "easy" for me, since I did it for a week previously... I'm thinking I might just skip onto L2 in another week (instead of the full 10 days) but we'll see.
I also did it after a 25min jog. Re-started C25K focusing on speed this time.

yes! 30DS complete! Just compared my before and after pictures. Don't see much of a change between level 2 and 3, but definitely a change comparing before and after. I'll see if I can post pics0
