I have only have one my husbands name under my wedding band.
I want more but not sure what yet.
I was thinking about doing that but my tattoo artist talked me out if it. In fact, he said if I wanted it I'd have to have it done by someone else because he refuses to do spouse/significant other names. He believes it brings bad luck. He was happy to tattoo my children's names on my shoulder though.
Wow, my husband of 14 yrs had just gotten my name on his arm. A few months later, we divorced.0 -
I have four as well.
Left wrist: four stars, two are blue, one green, and the biggest one is half blue, half green. My boyfriend's favorite color is blue and mine is green.
Left forearm: Cherub next to a skull representing my baby brother who was born premature and lived for a month.
Left calf: Jack Skelleton, because I can :P
Right calf: Sally, also because I can :P
The Jack and Sally tats are really because it was my favorite movie growing up. I watched the VHS so many times it constantly had lines going through the movie and the edges were fuzzy. Also, I'm a hopeless romantic and this love story has just appealed to me for so long :flowerforyou:
In the future, I plan to expand on my left forearm tat and make it into a half sleeve with a koi fish. I also plan to get Tui and La on my back. I want to get this tat as a reward when I reach my ultimate goal weight. I think I might actually change this from being my next tat, however, and get paw prints and my dog's name that recently passed somewhere instead.0 -

#1- tinkerbell standing on a flower - right shoulder
#2 - 60 bright blue stars in a wave over my upper back from one shoulder to the other
#3 - 2 small hears with bows on my collar bones

Right now I just have one. . It is a tribal butterfly between my shoulder blades. . . Signifying rebirth and new life. .
I eventually plan to have a trail of colored butterflies cascading down my back to curl around my rib cage, and I want to get a tat on
top of my foot. . have several designs in mind for that.
Edit: You can see mine in my pics. . although the pic is upside down lol.0 -
Mine is obvious, its in my profile pic...funny thing is I am agnostic, but the tattoo for me represents the end of one life, my old life and the beginning of my new life as a fit and healthy person who has been reborn.0

A large humming bird on the inside of my ARM, Chinese lettering on each wrist that say pain and perseverance, a lizard on my shoulder blade, dragon on lower back, also on lower back this cool leaves/vines/blue lotus flowers, rosary ankles, and leaves/vines/flowers wrapping around my ankle bone, mote vines and flower on the top of my chest....
Love tattoos! When I lose this last 7 I'm getting a big one!0 -
I have 3 of them! One on my "heart" area, not my boob but really where my heart is- its a hummingbird and a small flower- I love hummingbirds! That one was my first one. Second one is on my right calf on the outside part- it too is a hummingbird with a bigger flower- I designed that one myself. And the third one is on my left ankle, actually around my left ankle. It is flowers with a hummingbird right above my ankle bone on the outside. I told you I love hummingbirds. I want another one. I think once I get down to the weight I want to be I may treat myself! I want the next on on the top of my right foot. A small one- and yes it will be a hummingbird or something that has to do with it...0

I have one, in the upper and center of my back...its a nautical star (im a vet of the uscg) and one of my best friends initials under it (she passed away a few years ago at age 23) all black and white. If i could give advice on tats it would be this: get something that means something to you (even if its trendy...just be careful!) and go to a highly recommened place! dont skimp!0
