    Proof that hard work and sacrifice pays off in the end. You look fantastic young lady. Now don't ever forget how you got there and how hard it was. Never stop counting those calories and working out, because it's so easy to end up back in that before picture with extra sprinkles on top. Be blessed and congrats to you.
    this is soooooooooo important/ mulitiple times I have gone up and down thinking I was cured! You look fantastic. Just keep on tracking and you will stay there. inspires me to keep on going.

    Thanks everyone :D I play rugby and you have to have an extremely strong core for that sport so I've been working it a lot.. This is what we do at conditioning practices.
    -Usually somewhere around 30 minutes of sprinting exercises
    -around 75 body weight only squats and around the same amount of lunges
    -30 crunches, 25 reverse crunches, 20 flutter kicks each leg, 20 oblique crunches each side, 20 bicycle kicks each leg, 25 leg lifts, 45 second side planks and a 45 second elbow plank :D it sucks but it really pays off.. If you can't do all of the reps do 10 or 15 and work your way up week by week! We did this around 3x.

    When you say 3x.... do you mean you do all of this 3 times... one after the other... or 3 times a week? Sorry I am new to working out.. lol I would love to try this out... just want to make sure I understood. :) Thanks oh and you look great!!

    thanks both of you! i know now the reasons why my weight loss never worked before was beceause i wasn't committed to a lifetime change i was always just looking for quick fixes... now that i have changed everything so dramatically it's hard to think about ever going back to being as bad as i was! thanks for the advice and encouragement though and i'm glad i could inspire you :D
