I'm just looking to make friends on here...I've been trying to lose about 25 lbs of post baby fat:) I'm very stubborn in my ways...and so far I haven't met my calorie goals for the day. I just think it would be easier with support!! Send me a friend request if you feel like like having a support group:)0

wow, you look amazing!! 50 lbs in 5 months!? what is your secret woman!?!
What I do is eat, and exercise. I never set myself to the two lb loss, I started with a goal on MFP of 1/wk, which was around 1600 calories. Overall, I have avgd 1.8 lbs per week. I started running using C25K (run my first 5K tomorrow, nervous and excited!), and have now started adding in strength training. I try to eat mostly good, no more than 200 calories of emptiness on any given day (so that allows for 1 beer, or a small brownie once in a while rather than totally depriving myself), and if I feel lightheaded, dizzy, or just not like I am getting enough, I eat more (typically protein) even if it means my entry goes over for the day. I actually upped my calories by 100/day a few weeks back because I had felt dizzy in the evening a couple of times, so I figured I needed more fuel, so even now weighing 50 lbs less, I still net 1560 cals/day. My metabolism just seems to be revved up, which is great because I like being able to eat. :-)0 -
