I will explain the 2 new exercises when we get to them (you could also look them up). You will notice now that Saturday is an additional toning day instead of water, but we will still be resting on Sundays. I hope everyone is ready for some new challenges. Looking forward to another month of toning!!!

Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mission is 50 push-ups done anyway you can (real ones, girlie ones, against the wall, etc). You can break them up or do them all at once. Check in when completed!! I will say I have lost an inch in my arms since starting this group from the push-ups. Woohoo!!0

not sure why I thought Tuesday was "reverse crunches day". apparently subconsciously I kn ew that area needed extra work
No matter! tonight I'll do em again plus the lunges I somehow missed on Tuesday! Phew. I'm tired thinking about it!0 -
I've already done 100 squats and will do the reverse crunches tonight seeings that I don't think I can do them at work LOL:laugh:0
