Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mission is 50 kneeling kickbacks (a new exercise for us) - do 25 each leg. I would recommend looking it up, so you understand how to do it. This exercise works your butt!! Check in when completed!!0

Beth is there a way to send me the chart somehow? I need to post it at work. I end up doing the wrong exercise on the wrong day then I feel bad so end up doing both. My knees are killing me today!0

Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mission is a new exercise - 50 butterflies/backup free. I would recommend looking it up if you don't know this exercise from 30DS (Jillian). When you do this exercise, hold it for 2 sec - that will count as 1. This exercise works your back. Check in when completed!!0

I do not mean to be a pain but am trying to look it up and not getting anywhere- can anyone try to describe it?0

You lay on your stomach with hands and arms spread apart. You raise your arms and legs at the same time - like in the flying position. You are using your back muscles to hold yourself up. Hold it fro 2 sec then drop = 1. It is also called the superman. Does this help?0

Mine are completed - 15 real ones and 35 girlie ones, and I also did my butterflies this morning because I had a very rough night last night.0
