I had a piece of cake early in the morning, so I guess that puts over my 200cal daily allowance (although I have some provision of calories from the first two days ). To be fair to the others (who are doing so well!!), I'd say it's:

Me: 3 ~ Sweets: 1*
My planned "cheat day"0 -

Evenmore when it's the only sweetner to homemade desert . In case someone gets confused: my mum's jams have considerable less sugar (and she used raw sugar this time) than the commercial jams.
This being said:

I started the week pretty good but by Wednesday it went down hill!:sad: :frown: :grumble: New week and beginning again!Me: 2* ~ Sweets: 0

Zaza - maybe count this month as a self-realization time. Is it also possible that you are being TOO strict on yourself as you enter into this? Maybe figure out what your weakness is and cut out maybe just that one brand of candy or cake and see how you can do on that for a week and count each day you resist a success. You are awesome for sticking with it.0 -
Thanks dew for always being so supportive. :flowerforyou: I am definitely not being too strict - a crepe w/strawberries, chocolate and whipped cream is a win for the sweets.:blushing: But it did taste good!:laugh:
