Correction to my weight is 218.4 lbs. I almost always weigh in the morning time. However, yesterday, I waited until late last night!0

I have not weighed in yet. Too scared to be honest. I got loose during the holiday, and throughly enjoyed it!! But I am back on track. Hitting the Taebo and 30DS hard as I can. Completeing the mini challenges and Staying under my cals and drinking much water as I can stand. Best wishes to everyone!!

My personal goal: To work on that water and get it back up to at least 6 glasses a day and to work out without fail 5 days a week for minimum of an hour. I know I can do it I have before and know I will again. Major challenge set by a mfp pal to cut out all junk food. sweets & pop for 2 weeks, anyone who has read my diary know what i'm talking about.
Mini Challenge of the week:
1) Keep that water up, lets see how many can hit a gallon!
2) 2x sets of 20 toe touches
3) High knee jog for 1 full minute

I am so sorry that I have not been around much. My family and I have been very sick. I have been stressing because of work and the holidays being right around the corner, BUT things are starting to look up. I got an awesome new job that I will be starting in January and my family and I are almost over the sickness.
I am thinking that the sickness and stress played a big part in my gain. Hopfully I can get it off soon, but I am doubting that my goal is reachable... Now for check in (ugh):

Workout Personal goal: to lose 10 more pounds before New Years. I'm starting another round of 30 Day Shred soon and I want to incorporate more cardio into my Workout. Workout 5 days a week. Complete the mini challenge for each week.
Diet Personal goal: Up my protein, and veggies. Drink 100 oz of water a day= 12.5 cups. Stick to a low carbs, low sodium, low diary diet.

man, so sorry. i'm the worst at remembering to check in. in the last two weeks i've only lost 0.4 of a pound. i don't mind though because MFP dropped my calories and whenever that happens i usually plateau for at least a couple of weeks so i appreciate any loss at all. even a small one. so i guess i'm 0.4 closer to my goal this week lol0

I was off from my goal by .4 lbs. However, I am content with this number because I have received my first TOM in over 6 years. And needless to say TOM has been here for over a month. I am so proud of myself. I achieved so many things last year!
