Fallisha, I was wondering if I could change my goal. The reason is, I was pregnant so I was just trying to maintain my weight but yesterday I had a miscarriage.:( So I am back on track and want to start losing weight again. I would like to change my December goal to 205.

Now that I've officially stopped drinking, the weight should go back down. I'm hoping that the water weight I've been holding from the 30DS will go away too.

Thank you for your support. It is difficult since we were trying for 12 years, just to find out I am losing the baby. My 12 year old son was so happy when he found out he was going to be an older brother. I had accepted I couldn't have any more children. Even my first child was a miracle since I have only 0% chance of getting pregnant. I guess I was hoping for another miracle.:sad: Again thank you for your support since I haven't told any of my other family or friends and I am not planning on telling them because I don't want them to feel sorry for me since they are all popping children without any difficulties. So thanks again and to those who sent me some emails in my inbox too, this is a great group of people, it means more than you think.

Princesschic, I cut out alcohol for a month and a half and it did help me lose more quickly. But....I do love my Shiraz! That & dark chocolate(70% cacao) are my guilty pleasures...oh, & my husband (wiggles eyebrows)!0
