    Thank you for letting me rejoin! I have gained 3 pounds since I left! Such a bummer, hopefully, I can get back on track.

    I posted on the wrong chart. Sorry about that. I did up my weights this week so maybe soon the pounds will start to go again...

    Well the good news is that I am down 2 whole pounds to 205. I had 2 mini goals set for this week and sadly didn't make either of them, had wanted to be under 200 and getting into the next size smaller of pants. I am at least finally over this cold which has sidelined me for 2 weeks and am back to exercising and feeling better. So we are finally back on track and ready to start maing progress, October was not a good month. Weighed the same the first and last day of the month. Phooey!
