    Still waiting on my dvd's to come in. Hope they didn't get lost in the mail...but here are my measurements

    This morning I weighed in at 136lbs.
    Height 5'3
    Waist 27
    Hips 33.5
    Thigh 22 (I don't see my losing here as this is where most of my muscle is, and I have already gained an inch here...played lots of softball growing up)
    Arm 10.3

    Hey everyone,

    I'm new to the forums - been tracking calories for almost 2 months though! Having read a lot of good reviews about the 30ds, I decided to give it a go, starting today. Am just about to put it on for the first time! Thought I'd join this thread as it looks like several of you are starting this today, and I need the encouragement to carry on!

    I have bought a set of 1kg weights to use, and although it's not ideal, I'm just going to stick with them all the way through.

    Measurements at 1 Nov 2011:
    Bust: 38in
    Chest: 34in
    Waist (belly button): 35in
    Waist (stomach): 37in
    Hips & bum: 40.5in
    Thighs: 23.5in
    Arm (upper): 12in
    Weight: 67.6kg
    Height: 5ft 3in

    How does everyone track the exercise? I don't see 30 Day Shred in the exercise database. Would it be Cross-training?

    Someone said that choosing "Circuit Training, genereal" for 20 minutes is pretty accurate. That's what I'm doing.

    I tried this yesterday for the first time just wondering what size weights everyone uses? I used a 5lb i have a 10lb but was scared of throwing it threw the tv haha i dont have any kettle bells

    Omg, there were times the cat was in there too. In fact, my arm is out all funny in one of them because I was snapping trying to get him to move out of the way, lol.

    :cry: Whew...just did D1L1....I feel ill:sick: ...and shaky:sick: ....and barfy:sick: . I couldn't finish it! :cry: :cry: :cry: I had 10 minutes left!! Tomorrow I will do the whole thing!! Hopefully.

    This morning I weighed in at 155 after weighing in at 153 yesterday so I'm guessing it's water retention from chili and hamburgers. I don't think I'll measure everywhere...weight and how my clothes fit are all that matter to me. :flowerforyou:

    Hello Fellow Shredders!

    I wear a heart rate monitor and get the calorie burn from that - not sure how else to find the calorie burn for doing the workout . . . .

    Hey Everyone,

    It was suggested to me to start a new board for everyday of this challenge, which I think is a great idea being as the original post is now 4 screens long!

    So, I'll be creating a new board everyday entitled "November Shred-It Challenge Day (x)" , x being whatever day of the challenge it is.

    Hope everyone was able to squeeze in their shred dvd today! Cant wait to hear how you're all doing!

    please add me to the list :) i started the shred in October, but havent been doing it EVERY day.... i want to start from the beginning and MAKE myself go thru day 30! im hoping my ankle injury will allow me to follow-thru. :(

    to those of you asking about "entering in exercise" on the site : i went in to circuit training, 20 minutes(it will then give you amount of calories burned), i then went in to add new exercise and named it "Jillian 30 day shred" entered the amount of calories..
    (if you have questions, holler to me :)
