    I'd like to join. I'm not training for a half or full marathon or anything, so I'm not sure I'll be able to get the full 100 miles in, but I'd sure like to try. I think it would be a huge accomplishment. I just started running again so I might be off to a slow start, but that's okay. This will give me something to work for at least.

    That is awesome! 100 miles is a big goal and there's nothing wrong if you don't reach it right away. It's just something to shoot for. I just started running again also.

    Put me down too! I have a 5K in a couple weeks to do and I'm planning on 2 half marathons in 2012. I did my first half marathon in June 2011 so I need to kick my running back into gear for 2012.

    Shin splints are making this a horrible start for me :( only 1.75 miles today before my legs cramped bad GRRRR

    I'm training for a Half-Marathon in January, and would like to give/get support to fellow runners out there.

    We'll start tracking November 1. I can do a spreadsheet with weekly totals, depending on how many are interested.

    I am in! i do my half marathon in 2 weeks, then i jump to my full marathon training!

    I get shin splints often also. Rest, ice, compression, elevation. Seriously ice after you run it will help. I use icy hot like crazy too LOL.

    I'm in!! I ran a half in September and have found some great distance running friends we do 10 plus each weekend now! Plus, I finally got my schedule situated after a hectic start to grad school and work being hectic. Perfect timing!! Feel free to add me :-)

    4 miles in this morning, and wow, it was COLD! I haven't gone on a 5am run in months and it sure has gotten cold out there, but I still got it done. My pace was over a minute per mile slower than when I run in the afternoons. Crazy. Anyways, great job everyone, keep racking up those miles!

    How's everyone doing? I did a short 3 mile run today. The shorter days this time of year really messes up my running schedule. I'll have to take it to the treadmill soon.

    Can somebody tell me how I can post a chart here? I'd love to start a spreadsheet but dont know how to post it. Thanks.
