    wow! i just got on the scale and it read 304lbs. Part of me wants to jump off a bridge, and then i see your success. What was your strategy. I eat emotionally, big time. Any hints would be appriciated.

    Yes, just 9.5 months :-) No surgery, no pills, no special programs. Just plain old fashioned "put the fork down and sweat equity."

    Thank you. Know whats amazing. I hear I look so much younger and in the before picture I am actually 10 years younger than I am now!! Just an added benefit to losing the weight.
