    Thank you so much everyone. Working hard to lose the last 26 pounds to what I set for goal and will examine how I feel when I reach that weight and might go an additional 10. I just started P90X and in my wildest dreams couldn't see myself doing this kind of workout. I'm hoping this hardcore routine will boost things as it gets harder to lose the closer you get.
